§ 10-615. Prohibitions

(a) Professional basketball at sports facility. -- An Authority sports facility may not be used to conduct professional basketball games.

(b) Construction of unauthorized sports facility. -- The Authority may not construct or enter into a contract to construct a sports facility other than at Camden Yards unless specifically authorized by an enactment of the General Assembly.
