§ 10-442. Annual report

Latest version.

   (a) Required. -- On or before January 1 of each year, the Corporation and the Commission shall report to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2-1246 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly on the progress of State-funded stem cell research conducted in accordance with this part.

(b) Contents. -- The report shall identify:

   (1) each recipient of money from the Fund;

   (2) the amount of money awarded to each recipient; and

   (3) a description of the type of stem cell research performed by the recipient.
