§ 10-440. Prohibited acts -- Human cloning

(a) Prohibited. -- A person may not conduct or attempt to conduct human cloning.

(b) Penalty. -- A person who violates this section is guilty of a felony and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 10 years or a fine not exceeding $ 200,000 or both.
