§ 10-311. Officers

Latest version.

   (a) Duties. -- The Authority may determine the duties of all its officers.

(b) Additional officers -- Appointment. -- The Authority may appoint additional officers.

(c) Tenure; compensation. --

   (1) Additional officers serve at the pleasure of the Authority.

   (2) The Authority shall determine the compensation of the additional officers.
