§ 10-228. Annual report

Latest version.

(a) Required. -- Each year, the Authority shall submit a report to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2-1246 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly.

(b) Contents. -- The report shall include a financial statement covering the operations of developments during the preceding fiscal year.
