§ 10-214. Developments and projects -- Rates and charges

  •    (a) Power of Authority. -- The Authority may:

       (1) fix and collect rates and charges for the use of the facilities of a development or project;

       (2) establish the terms and conditions for the use of the facilities; and

       (3) contract with a person for the person's use of the facilities of a development or project.

    (b) Provision of appropriate revenues. -- The rates and charges under subsection (a) of this section shall be fixed and revised to provide appropriate revenues from a development or project, as the Authority determines.

    (c) Charges regulated. -- The rates and charges under subsection (a) of this section are not subject to supervision or regulation by any other unit of the State or a political subdivision.
