§ 10-210. Powers and duties -- Rules and regulations

   (a) Adoption. -- Subject to subsection (b) of this section, the Authority may adopt rules and regulations relating to:

   (1) the use of streets, alleys, driveways, and docking slips on the Authority's property;

   (2) the establishment of parking areas on the Authority's property; and

   (3) the safety and welfare of persons using the Authority's property.

(b) Limitation. -- The rules and regulations that the Authority adopts may not be inconsistent with the laws governing the political subdivision in which a development is located.
