§ 10-202. Construction and purpose of subtitle

Latest version.

   (a) Construction. -- This subtitle shall be liberally construed to accomplish its purposes.

(b) Purpose. -- The establishment of developments and projects under this subtitle is:

   (1) for the benefit of the residents of the State and its political subdivisions; and

   (2) a public purpose.
