§ 10-108. Quorum; meetings

  •    (a) Quorum; voting. --

       (1) Seven members of the Board are a quorum.

       (2) An affirmative vote of at least seven members is needed for the Board to act.

    (b) Meetings. -- The Board shall determine the times and places of its meetings.
