§ 8-701. Definitions

(a) In general. -- In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) Crime of violence. -- "Crime of violence" has the meaning stated in § 14-101 of the Criminal Law Article.

(c) Participating agency. -- "Participating agency" means any institution, association, or governmental unit described in § 8-705(a) of this subtitle that provides work projects for a community service program.
