§ 5-402. Warden

Latest version.

(a) Appointment. -- With the approval of the Secretary, the Commissioner shall appoint a warden of the Baltimore City Detention Center.

(b) Tenure. -- The warden serves at the pleasure of the Commissioner.

(c) Duties. -- Subject to the authority of the Commissioner and the Secretary, the warden is in charge of the Baltimore City Detention Center.
