§ 5-101. Definitions

(a) In general. -- In this title the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) Commissioner. -- "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Pretrial Detention and Services.

(c) Division. -- "Division" means the Division of Pretrial Detention and Services.
