§ 4-207. Citizens Advisory Board

(a) Established. -- There is a Citizens Advisory Board.

(b) Appointment. -- Based on recommendations of the Secretary, the Governor shall appoint the members of the Citizens Advisory Board.

(c) Duties. -- The Citizens Advisory Board shall advise the Director and the Secretary with respect to the operation and programs of the Institution.
