§ 3-414. Regulations

Latest version.

(a) Adopt regulations. -- With the Secretary's approval, the Commissioner shall adopt regulations to implement the program.

(b) Administrative Procedure Act. -- Notwithstanding § 10-101(g)(2)(i) of the State Government Article, the regulations shall be adopted in accordance with the requirements of Title 10, Subtitle 1 of the State Government Article.
