§ 3-213. Assistant wardens

(a) In general. -- The Commissioner may appoint one or more assistant wardens for a correctional facility.

(b) Qualifications. -- An assistant warden shall have the same qualifications as a warden.

(c) Term. -- An assistant warden serves at the pleasure of the Commissioner.

(d) Duties. -- An assistant warden shall perform the duties of the warden in the absence of the warden.
