§ 3-209. Deputy Commissioner -- Powers and duties

(a) In general. -- Subject to the policies established by the Commissioner, the Deputy Commissioner is generally in charge of administrative procedures in the Division.

(b) Acting Commissioner. -- In the absence of the Commissioner, the Deputy Commissioner shall be acting Commissioner.
