§ 11-701. Definitions

(a) In general. -- In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) Court. -- "Court" means the Maryland District Court or a circuit court of a county.

(c) Crime of violence. -- "Crime of violence" has the meaning stated in § 14-101 of the Criminal Law Article.
