§ 11-1014. Violations

(a) False statement, report, or complaint. -- A person may not knowingly make a false statement, report, or complaint during an investigation or proceeding conducted under this subtitle.

(b) Penalties. -- A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 6 months or a fine not exceeding $ 500 or both.
