§ 8-905. Counterfeit pari-mutuel betting tickets

(a) Prohibited. -- A person may not knowingly present for payoff, or give to another to present for payoff, a counterfeit or altered pari-mutuel betting ticket.

(b) Penalty. -- A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 1 year or a fine not exceeding $ 1,000 or both.
