§ 6-504. Giving a false train signal

  •    (a) Prohibited. -- A person may not give a train signal to start a stopped train or to stop a moving train unless the person is an authorized employee of a railroad company.

    (b) Penalty. -- A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 6 months.
