§ 6-108. Burning trash container

(a) Prohibited. -- A person may not willfully and maliciously set fire to or burn the contents of a dumpster or trash receptacle that belongs to another.

(b) Penalty. -- A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 30 days or a fine not exceeding $ 500 or both.
