§ 13-908. Bingo -- Prizes

   (a) Money prizes. -- Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section and § 13-907(c)(2)(i) of this subtitle, a permit holder may not award a money prize greater than:

   (1) $ 100 to a player of a regular bingo game; or

   (2) $ 250 to a player of a special bingo game, such as a build-up or progressive pot game, split-the-pot game, or winner-take-all game.

(b) Jackpots. -- A permit holder may award a jackpot not exceeding $ 1,000 if the jackpot is directly connected with the playing of bingo.
