§ 13-709. Regulations

  •    (a) In general. -- The county commissioners may adopt regulations to govern:

       (1) the conduct or play of bingo;

       (2) the issuance of bingo licenses;

       (3) the setting of fees for bingo licenses; and

       (4) the determination of the election districts and precincts in which bingo may be conducted.

    (b) Uniform application. -- In adopting regulations, the county commissioners shall ensure uniform application as to:

       (1) the determination of the districts and precincts in which bingo may be conducted; and

       (2) the setting of fees.
