§ 13-701. Definitions

(a) In general. -- In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
** REVISOR'S NOTE
This subsection is new language added as the standard introductory language to a definition section.
(b) Committee. -- "Committee" means the Gambling Permit Review Committee appointed by the county commissioners under § 13-704 of this subtitle.

(c) County commissioners. -- "County commissioners" means the Board of County Commissioners of Calvert County.

(d) Gaming event. -- "Gaming event" includes a carnival and a bazaar.
