§ 13-607. Unauthorized gaming event or casino event

(a) Prohibited. -- A person may not knowingly conduct or attempt to conduct a gaming event or casino event in violation of § 13-603 through 13-605 of this subtitle.

(b) Penalty. -- A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 1 year or a fine not exceeding $ 1,000 or both.
