§ 13-407. Bingo

Latest version.

   (a) "Bingo" defined. -- In this section, "bingo" includes the game of instant bingo.

(b) Qualified organizations authorized. -- A bona fide religious, fraternal, or charitable organization, or a volunteer fire company operating in a community that does not have a paid fire department, may conduct bingo in the county:

   (1) for the benefit of charity in the county; or

   (2) to further the purposes of the organization.
