§ 13-2628. Penalty

(a) Violation of part. -- A person who violates this part is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 1 year or a fine not exceeding $ 1,000 or both.

(b) Separate violation. -- Each day on which a violation of this part occurs is a separate violation.
