§ 13-2411. Prohibited act; penalty

(a) In general. -- A person may not conduct bingo in violation of Part II of this subtitle.

(b) Penalty. -- A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 1 year or a fine not exceeding $ 1,000 or both.

(c) Separate violation. -- Each day that a violation occurs is a separate violation.
