§ 13-1811. Raffles -- Permit required; exception

(a) Permit required. -- Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, a qualified organization that intends to conduct a raffle in the county shall obtain a permit from the county.

(b) Exception. -- A permit is not required to conduct a 50/50 raffle.
