§ 13-1809. Bingo -- Administrative provisions

   (a) In general. -- The county shall:

   (1) adopt regulations for the conduct of bingo;

   (2) establish license fees, based on the administrative cost of regulating bingo and issuing each class of license; and

   (3) establish the hours of operation for bingo.

(b) Disqualification of licensee. -- After a public hearing, the county may revoke a bingo license for failure of the holder to comply with this subtitle or regulations adopted under this subtitle.
