§ 13-101. Scope of title

(a) Activities allowed. -- Activities conducted under this title are allowed notwithstanding the provisions of Title 12, Subtitles 1 and 2 of this article.

(b) Issuance of commercial bingo license. -- A county may not issue a commercial bingo license under this title or under any public local law to an entity that was not licensed to conduct commercial bingo on or before June 30, 2008.
