§ 13-522. Forfeiture of real property.

Except as provided in § 13-503 and 13-524 of this subtitle, an owner's interest in real property may be forfeited if the owner of the real property is convicted of violating § 11-303 of the Criminal Law Article or attempting or conspiring to violate § 11-303 of the Criminal Law Article.
