§ 15-601. Definitions

(a) In general. -- In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) Employee. -- "Employee" includes an employee whether he is a resident or nonresident of the State.

(c) Wages. -- "Wages" means all monetary remuneration paid to any employee for his employment.
