§ 12-317. Short titles

Latest version.

(a) Title 12, Subtitle 3 of Commercial Law Article. -- This subtitle may be cited as the Maryland Consumer Loan Law -- Credit Provisions.

(b) Joint citation with Title 11, Subtitle 2 of Financial Institutions Article. -- This subtitle and the Maryland Consumer Loan Law -- Licensing Provisions may be cited jointly as the Maryland Consumer Loan Law.
