§ 9-119. Person testifying in supplementary proceeding

  •    (a) Testimony in general. -- A person testifying in a supplementary or discovery proceeding in aid of a judgment or execution is not excused from answering a question because the answer may tend to connect him with the commission of fraud.

    (b) Immunity for witness. -- An answer may not be used as evidence against the person in a criminal proceeding based upon the fraud.
