§ 7-401. Supplementary proceedings

(a) In general. -- For examination of a judgment debtor by a standing commissioner or examiner, the clerk of a court shall collect in advance from the plaintiff the following fees:
(1) If a judgment or decree does not exceed $ 200 -- $ 5;
(2) If a judgment or decree exceeds $ 200, but does not exceed $ 1,000 -- $ 10;
(3) If a judgment or decree exceeds $ 1,000 -- $ 15.
(b) Stenographic fees. -- The plaintiff shall initially pay stenographic fees in supplementary proceedings. The fees shall be taxed as costs.
(c) Costs taxable to defendant. -- All costs in supplementary proceedings shall be taxed to the defendant.
