§ 5-723. State Board for Certification of Residential Child Care Program Professionals and persons cooperating therewith.

(a) "Board" defined. -- In this section, "Board" means the State Board for Certification of Residential Child Care Program Professionals.

(b) In general. -- A person who acts in good faith and within the scope of the jurisdiction of the Board is not civilly liable for giving information to the Board or otherwise participating in its activities.
