§ 5-703. State Board of Examiners for Audiologists, Hearing Aid Dispensers, and Speech-Language Pathologists and persons cooperating therewith.

(a) "Board" defined. -- In this section, "Board" means the State Board of Examiners for Audiologists, Hearing Aid Dispensers, and Speech-Language Pathologists in the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.

(b) In general. -- A person who acts in good faith and within the scope of the jurisdiction of the Board is not civilly liable for giving information to the Board or otherwise participating in its activities.
