§ 5-5A-14. Bylaws provision for election of directors and delegates of members

(a) Election by district or interest groups. -- The bylaws may provide for election of directors and delegates of members by district or by interest groups.

(b) Number and apportionment. -- The bylaws shall specify the number and manner of apportioning directors and delegates of members.
