§ 8-705. Fees and revenues

Latest version.

(a) Fees. -- Subject to subsection (b) of this section, the Commission may set reasonable fees for its services.

(b) Revenues. -- Revenues generated by the Commission shall be at least equal to expenses incurred by the Commission.

(c) Payment into General Fund. -- The Commission shall pay all money collected under this subtitle into the General Fund of the State.
