§ 8-704. Duties and powers of Commission

Latest version.

   In addition to any other powers and duties set forth elsewhere, the Commission shall:

   (1) adopt regulations to carry out this subtitle;

   (2) issue licenses;

   (3) keep a list of all licensees; and

   (4) keep a record of its proceedings.
