§ 8-316. Reapplication for license; reinstatement of license

  •    (a) Reapplication for license. -- A person may not reapply for a license within 6 months after the person has had a license:

       (1) denied after a hearing; or

       (2) revoked.

    (b) Reinstatement of suspended or revoked license. -- The Commission may reinstate the license of a person whose license has been suspended or revoked under this subtitle only if the person passes the examination that the Commission requires.
