§ 8-307. Scope of license

(a) Contractor license. -- A contractor license authorizes the licensee to act as a contractor or subcontractor and to sell a home improvement.

(b) Subcontractor license. -- A subcontractor license authorizes the licensee to act as a subcontractor.

(c) Salesperson license. -- A salesperson license authorizes the licensee to sell a home improvement.

(d) Authorization limited. -- A license issued under this subtitle does not authorize the licensee to engage in a business or provide a service that may be engaged in or provided only by a person licensed under other State or local law.
