§ 8-212. Miscellaneous powers and duties

Latest version.

   (a) Powers. -- The Commission at any time may require of an applicant or licensee:

   (1) information reasonably related to the administration or enforcement of this title; and

   (2) the production of financial records.

(b) Duties. -- The Commission shall have a seal.
