§ 17-922. Acting as magazine seller without license

(a) Prohibited act. -- A person may not act as a nonresident itinerant magazine seller in Calvert County unless the person has a magazine seller license.

(b) Penalty. -- A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to a fine not exceeding $ 300.
