§ 17-901. Definitions

(a) In general. -- In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) Peddler. -- "Peddler" includes a hawker, a huckster, and a mobile vendor.

(c) Peddler license. -- "Peddler license" means a license issued by the clerk to act as a peddler.
