§ 17-703. License fees

Latest version.

   An applicant for a wholesale farm machinery dealer's license shall pay to the clerk a license fee of:

   (1) $ 50 for a business in a municipal corporation with a population of not more than 10,000;

   (2) $ 100 for a business in a municipal corporation with a population of 10,001 to 50,000; or

   (3) $ 200 for a business in a municipal corporation with a population of more than 50,000.
