§ 17-505. Keeping billiard table for commercial use without license

(a) Prohibited act. -- A person may not keep a billiard table for commercial use unless the person has a billiard table license.
(b) Penalty. -- A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to a fine of $ 500 for each billiard table kept for commercial use in violation of this section.
