§ 17-502. Scope of subtitle

Latest version.

(a) Exclusion for Washington County. -- This subtitle does not apply in Washington County.

(b) Local taxes. -- This subtitle does not impair the right of Baltimore City or a municipal corporation of the State to impose a tax on billiard tables.
