§ 17-435. License fees; disposition of money

(a) License fees. -- An applicant for a Garrett County amusement device license shall pay to the clerk a license fee of $ 50 for each amusement device.

(b) Disposition of money. -- All money collected under Part IV of this subtitle shall be paid into the general fund of Garrett County.
